Early in the Papa Media search engine optimization process time is spent researching and finalizing keywords that will be used for the website. During this stage we will also research and select appropriate categories for directory submissions.
During the research phase we will use a variety of software applications and tools to perform the research. Some of these tools include, meta search tools, competitive analysis, query estimators, search engine specific tools, and server analysis applications. The use of these tools are included all regular and maintenance packages. SEO Code and Content Optimization
Based on the research phase and the output of the tool-set we will recommend changes as required. Changes will range form
the modification of current keywords, the strategic distribution and placement of keywords, changes to server request handling,
and actual visible copy on the website. These changes will range depending on your current structure and website. If your internal team is
currently at max capacity or you do not have an internal team of developers we can also assist with the changes but if the site or platform is complex
we will work with a partner to make the changes.
SEO Content Analysis and Review
As the content changes and recommendations are implemented we will analyze the pages with an industry leading keyword
density analysis application that will help us pin point areas of the site that have been optimizaed and ares that may need
to be improved upon. This stage of search engine optimization is an iterative process and may need to be analyzed a few times.
Since all of the search engines have different ways of calculating rank each we can be as specific with the analysis by performing search engine specific analysis.
Search Engine Submission
The search engine submission process has two phases. First we will recommend which pages of your website are ranking well and which ones are not. Some pages will rank higher than others at the outset but with the appropriate tactical approach we will recommend submission as necessary. Second, using our applications we will submit specific pages to selected major search engines and create reports on which ones are ranking your pages and which ones are not. One thing that is important to understand is that the submission can sometimes take weeks and even months. Our reports will tell you if the submission has been received and if available from the search engine a time parameter regarding when your submission will appear.
Search Engine Monitoring
Search engine ranking monitoring consists of sending queries to the major search engines and reporting on the ranking of the various pages of your website. We will report on any pages found in the first 50 positions. During this stage we are able to monitor specific URL's and keywords. The output from this stage will be an easy to interpret Rank Report and will pinpoint stronger and weaker areas of the seo strategy
Search Engine Ranking Analysis
Ranking analysis consists of running various reports that will us determine and quantify the success of the search engine optimization service to date. This is most effective in the second and third months of an optimization project as they help identify potential holes in the keyword selection. The Rank Report consists of a summary and rank reports by keyword and rank reports by page name.
